Wall Street's Wednesday analyst calls were dominated by the fallout from Netflix's earnings, with Needham downgrading the stock to Hold and Morgan Stanley trimming its target while keeping Overweight. There were also upgrades at Northrop Grumman, Zoom, DigitalOcean, Prologis, Fifth Third and Clean Harbors, downgrades at Chipotle, Mobileye and Cirrus Logic, and an initiation of Robinhood at Buy. The rating changes and price targets below are confirmed in published analyst-action listings, and the reasons come from the summary supplied for this article unless noted.

By our calculation, Baird's $675 target for Northrop is 26% above Tuesday's $534 close, and it is a $125 raise. DigitalOcean's target is an 11% cut even as Piper upgraded the stock. One analyst-action listing showed Zoom's target at $139 and not $130, so check the note. Jefferies' prior rating on Chagee was listed as Hold in one source and Neutral in the summary supplied. For more on Rosenblatt's Robinhood call, see our earlier report, which noted the stock closed Tuesday at $98.21.

Downgrades

StockFirmActionTargetReason cited
Netflix (NFLX)NeedhamDowngrade to Hold from Buy—Slowing growth and weaker competitive position versus YouTube and Disney
Chipotle (CMG)TD CowenDowngrade to Hold from Buy$32, from $44Slowing October sales and concerns over Q4 recovery
Mobileye (MBLY)RBCDowngrade to Underperform from Sector Perform—Overvaluation, limited customer diversification and risks to its core driver-assistance business
Cirrus Logic (CRUS)BarclaysDowngrade to Underweight from Equal Weight$95, from $130Weaker Apple demand, limited new chip content in 2027 and potential pricing pressure

Chipotle closed Tuesday at $29.65, so TD Cowen's $32 target implies about 8% upside, by our calculation, even with the downgrade. Barclays cut its Cirrus Logic target by about 27%. The Needham rating on Netflix is covered in more detail below.

Netflix: two firms, two views

Needham analyst Laura Martin cut Netflix to Hold, according to Investing.com. It reports she lowered 2026 to 2028 estimates after fourth-quarter guidance came in below expectations. It also quotes her saying constant-currency revenue growth slowed from 14% in the first quarter to 11% in the third and that it could take about two years to fix a content slate of roughly $20 billion. The summary supplied for this article lists Paramount Skydance among the competitors Needham cites, but the report we read named YouTube and Disney. Morgan Stanley kept Overweight and lowered its target to $77 from $80, citing continued 11% to 12% revenue growth and advertising revenue running about $300 million below expectations. The firm said it expects the ad issues to be fixed in months rather than years. Other target cuts after the report included Bank of America to $90 from $105 (Buy) and Guggenheim to $78 from $80 (Buy), according to published listings. Our earnings report has the Q3 figures. Netflix closed Tuesday at $68.69.

We could not find published coverage of the Melius, Morgan Stanley SpaceX, Citi or UBS Apple notes, so the reasons above come only from the summary supplied. A separate listing showed Cantor Fitzgerald keeping SpaceX at Overweight and raising its target to $345 from $246. That is 133% above Tuesday's $147.79 close, by our calculation.
