Calumet (CLMT) beat estimates for the third quarter of 2026 on both revenue and adjusted EPS. Revenue was $1.68 billion, up 56% from a year earlier, above the $1.34 billion estimate, and adjusted EPS was $2.91 above the $1.63 estimate.

Shares rose 3.2% in premarket trading as of 7:00 a.m. ET, to $44.74 from a $43.35 close.
