Cloudflare (NET) beat estimates for the third quarter of 2026 on both revenue and adjusted EPS. Revenue was $782.5 million, up 39% from a year earlier, above the $737.2 million estimate, and adjusted EPS was $0.38, up 41% from a year earlier, above the $0.34 estimate.

Shares fell 1.0% in after-hours trading as of 4:15 p.m. ET, to $242.65 from a $245.18 close.
