Dropbox (DBX) beat estimates for the third quarter of 2026 on both revenue and adjusted EPS. Revenue was $637.3 million, up 0.5% from a year earlier, above the $629.6 million estimate, and adjusted EPS was $0.88, up 19% from a year earlier, above the $0.73 estimate.

Shares rose 2.0% in after-hours trading as of 4:04 p.m. ET, to $36.47 from a $35.76 close.
