Formula One (FWONA) missed estimates for the third quarter of 2026 on both revenue and adjusted EPS. Revenue was $1.23 billion, up 13% from a year earlier, below the $1.24 billion estimate, and adjusted EPS was $0.54, up 125% from a year earlier, below the $0.56 estimate.

Shares rose 9.1% in regular trading as of 9:30 a.m. ET, at $99.35.
