Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) beat estimates for the third quarter of 2026 on both revenue and adjusted EPS. Revenue was $7.55 billion, up 21% from a year earlier, above the $6.69 billion estimate, and adjusted EPS was $8.49, up 33% from a year earlier, above the $6.97 estimate.

Shares rose 0.7% in after-hours trading as of 4:15 p.m. ET, to $263.80 from a $261.96 close.
