Ubiquiti (UI) beat estimates for the fiscal first quarter of 2027 on both revenue and adjusted EPS. Revenue was $1.03 billion, up 40% from a year earlier, above the $977.4 million estimate, and adjusted EPS was $5.32, up 54% from a year earlier, above the $4.25 estimate.

Shares rose 2.1% in premarket trading as of 7:02 a.m. ET, to $524.99 from a $514.20 close.
