What to watch

  • Client count. Whether the 10% drop in active clients stabilizes as new AI-driven offerings scale.
  • Take rate and volume. Whether GSV declines narrow after the fourth quarter, with revenue guided lower sequentially.
  • AI monetization. How MCP server and agent traffic turns into revenue beyond the early run rate.
  • Cash flow. Free cash flow fell 22%, even as margins widened.
